Contrail Bags: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition, in its original packaging, and including all tags within 30 days and we will fully refund you the purchase price of the product. We will not issue refunds for products that show signs of wear and tear or products that are returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

Jewelry, Tshirts, and other products: Fill out the return form and fill out all applicable information. Every situation will be considered and we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

We use the common sense approach. If you think you probably won't be able to return it. Please don't. If you think you have a good reason for the return then you shouldn't have any issues. Again we use common sense here.

All our products are dropshipped, if the supplier doesn't accept the return there isn't much we can do. We will do whatever it takes to make it right assuming the common sense approach was taken. Most products have 30-day return no questions asked.
