Delivery Information
We use multiple warehouses located on both the east coast and west coast to ship our products. You might receive paperwork or packaging that is not branded as aviatonBay.com, to keep our costs low, we try and ship in plain brown boxes or direct from the manufacturer.
Contrail Bags: usually take one week if the order is processed during the week. If the order is processed over a weekend the warehouse will process the order on the next business day. Shipped from Washington State and North Carolina.
T-shirts: and all printed apparel usually take 3-7 business days to be printed then shipped from California. Please be patient these are all made to order.
Jewelry: Currently searching for new providers. Our last provider couldn't respond to emails within 7 working days. That's not acceptable to us.
All other products: Most of the other pilot accessories are shipped from the warehouse in Washington state and take a few days to process before shipping.
